There is a feeling that making a Will is somewhat morbid. No-one wants to consider their own death, but if you care about the welfare of the people you love, then a Will is an absolute necessity.
Dying without one (intestate) can be complex and distressing for your family and there are set rules about how your Estate is handled if you do die intestate. For instance, do not assume that everything immediately passes to your spouse because this is not the case.

Probate
Being an executor of a will or the personal representative under an intestacy can be a great responsibility. We can assist you and remove a great burden at what can be an extremely difficult time. The following are just some of the things we can assist you with:

- Applying to the Probate Registry for a grant
- Collecting the deceased's assets or transferring them to the beneficiaries
